3. SMS and messaging

If you provide a phone number within the Services, we may send SMS text messages for operational purposes including trial provisioning, onboarding, crew invitations, job scheduling notifications, reminders, job updates, technician arrival alerts, payment-related updates, and support-related communications. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers may be shared with messaging providers (such as Twilio) solely to facilitate delivery of service-related communications.

Consent: We only send messages when the account holder confirms the recipient has provided express consent (for example, via an in-app checkbox when saving a phone number). Businesses using JB Field are responsible for obtaining and documenting valid consent from their customers before entering their phone number into the platform. Phone numbers are not purchased, rented, or obtained from third-party lists.
